Summary: How to setup my Privoxy for TOR?

Initial Comment:
After installing Tor, you should install privoxy, which is a filtering web
proxy that integrates well with Tor. Add the line

forward-socks4a / localhost:9050 .

(don't forget the dot) to privoxy's config file (you can just add it to the
top). Then change your browser to http proxy at localhost port 8118.

-How do I do this? I want to be able to surf the Internet using proxies outside
China, or at least allowing me to visit such websites as google.com, and others
as here in China, it's been disallowed at times, filtered, blocked whatever you
want to call it.

Since this program is English, I am doing my best to cope and understand, so if
anyone can make it more simple, that is what steps are needed to acomplish the
above task, I am eagerly awaiting your reply back!

Thank you!
