[Pound Mailing List] strange behaviour - stops balancing after doing restarts on backends

Hi Robert et all.
I saw a problem which arises when we do some start and stop on jboss backends. 
This has happened several times, and all those times where when we do some kind 
of intervention and need to restart the backends.
Pound (2.0.3) gets somehow confused and although running stops balancing 
correctly. Mostly you don't see it balancing at all. Even after waiting for 
some time. The only way to correct this is to restart Pound.
This has happened with other previous versions but its not so frequent because 
we do interventions few times and when we do we need to have the service up and 
running ASAP.

Any idea? Anyone face the same problem?
