Changes to list configuration: HTML mail disallowed

Hi,

I've just changed the configuration of the polipo-users list to bounce
HTML mail.  Let's hope this reduces the amount of spam we get.

Sorry to inconvenience people with fancy mailers -- you'll have to
switch to plain text.
