The folder/file exits for sure, i used copy and paste and just removed 
the drive letter and made \ to /. I tryed this:
diskCacheRoot = /Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/cache.txt
diskCacheRoot = /Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/cache
diskCacheRoot = "/Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/cache.txt"
diskCacheRoot = "/Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/cache"
diskCacheRoot = "/Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/cache.txt/"
diskCacheRoot = "/Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/cache/"
--> error: disableing disk cache: No such file or directory

Well, an error on my side or in programm?
