It`s still not working. But if you don`t have windows and want me to 
test no problem.

There is no setenv bat command on windows.

dnsNameServer = "167.235.52.1" should be an ip, that`s clear for me. But 
what to inset there if dns shall be resolved with tor? I  guess it 
doesn`t matter if I use socks 4a or start polipo over freecap.
