This should go into your BAT file, not Polipo's config file.

Sorry, but you cannot yet use drive letters.  Just remove them, and put

  D:

in the BAT file.

I'll try to fix that limitation ASAP.

Polipo uses SOCKS5 with host names, so there should be no DNS leak.

The following should work (untested) :

  socksParentProxy = localhost:9050
  forbiddenFile = /Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/forbidden.conf
  diskCacheRoot = /Programme/polipo-win32-0.9.99.0/cache/

You should make sure that you run Polipo when logged into drive
D (i.e. insert a line saying ``D:'' in your BAT file).
