polipo for windows: msg#00035web.polipo.user
I used this one http://www.pps.jussieu.fr/~jch/software/files/polipo/ and had a look to the help file 'Building Polipo on Windows'. I think if it`s already a binary there is no need to use make and so on? I make a bat with the content polipo.exe -v popilo.conf "and define at least the following configuration variables:" dnsNameServer = "?" diskCacheRoot = "~/cache/" <- seams to work forbiddenFile " "~/forbidden.conf" Anyway. I shall definine the forbiddenFile but polipo tells me that the config file is the wrong place to put. And "could not exmpand to $home" but I can`t f inde the $home in config so I can`t change it. You have tested it yourself on windows or I am the first one trying to do that? =) I need some manual... regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
