thanks very much for your warm heart. sorry for my poor expression.
I have machine A and machine B, what is more, they are not in a lan. the 
website is hosted on machine C. machine A can visit machine B, machine B can 
visit machine C, but machine A can not visit machine C directly. I want to 
visit the website on machine A. so I want to set machine B as a proxy server.

I don't know whether it is clear now. as you guessed, I am not a native English 
speaker.
