This kind of sentence makes it difficult for you to get help. I think 
the biggest problem is -- what do you mean by:

"visit webs on machine A through machine B."

Do you mean "browse the Web through machine A from machine B?" Or maybe 
you mean the reverse -- it's hard to tell. In this case, this sounds 
like the default behavior of Polipo, and you should read the 
documentation, and then come back and tell us what went wrong.

If you mean "Visit a website hosted on machine A, using machine B as a 
caching proxy, to take some load off webserver A", you should first 
consider what you're trying to accomplish. I can't help you with this, 
but you should be MUCH more specific. TELL US that you're trying to host 
a website, that you're trying to improve performance or whatever it is 
you're trying to do, and why the documentation didn't help.

asking!
