Summary:  adding an contact to an org results in a SQL error

Original Submission:  This is the error that appears when trying to add a 
contact to an org (new org as well as existing org):

Database error: Invalid SQL: SELECT contact_org_person.person_id AS 
my_person_id, contact_org_person.org_id AS my_org_id FROM 
phpgw_contact_org_person AS contact_org_person WHERE (( 
(contact_org_person.preferred = 'Y' OR contact_org_person.preferred IS NULL) 
AND (contact_org_person.person_id = 4)))

MySQL Error: 1100 (Table 'contact_org_person' was not locked with LOCK TABLES)
