Re: Apache/PHP problems was Problems with Apache Processes: msg#00192web.phpgroupware.general
Alex, My current setups include: Production =================== Distribution: RedHat 8.0 Kernel Version: 2.4.18-26.8.0 Libc: glibc-2.2.93-5 Patches/Custom: None Apache: 2.0.40 PHP: PHP-4.2.2-8.0.7 Database: PostgreSQL 7.2.3-5.80 Number of Users: 250 Avg Concurrent Users: 25 phpGroupware: 0.9.14.006 Private =================== Distribution: RedHat 9.0 Kernel Version: 2.4.20-19 SMP Libc: glibc-2.3.2-27.9 Patches/Custom: None Apache: 2.0.40-21.3 PHP: PHP-4.2.2-17.2 Database: PostgreSQL 7.3.2-3 Number of Users: 5 Avg Concurrent Users: 1 phpGroupware: 0.9.14.006 Testing ================= Distribution: RedHat 9.0 Kernel Version: 2.4.20-18.9 Libc: glibc-2.3.2-27.9 Patches/Custom: None Apache: 2.0.40-21.3 PHP: PHP-4.2.2-17.2 Database: MySQL 3.23.56-1.9 / PostgreSQL 7.3.2-3 Number of Users: 2 Avg Concurrent Users: 1 phpGroupware: 0.9.14.006 I had previously been using phpGroupWare 0.9.14.003 and had not notice the problem, however, I upgraded Apache, my kernel and glibc just prior to moving to 0.9.14.006. A couple of quick questions: Does this mean there are two problems instead of just one? The calendar application not storing the preferences in the correct format, and/or Apache/PHP not terminating the script after an alotted amount of time? Also, in tracking down the formatting(intval(0)) problem, any clues to where I should be looking? In the calendar scripts or in the phpgwapi preference scripts? Thanks, Bart Alex Borges wrote: I think most with a (largish) install have experienced this. I know iMy associate is using RH9.0/MySQL, sorry but the other details are unknown. It works like this: |
