(no subject)

After much pain and suffering, I've successfully installed 
phpgroupware 0.9.14.000 with php4 and apache 1.3 on 
Debian 3.  I think I can even do it again. 
 
I've been able to enter the setup page and configure the 
header, install applications, etc.  The MySQL tables get 
created and I've setup an admin and demo users. 
 
But when I try to log in, I get . . .

I'm reasonably certain this is the result of a configuration 
setting I don't understand.  Could you please enlighten
