Configuring backup app

Hi List,

I have successfuly installed (and customized) phpgroupware and would 
like to setup the backup app now. I need same only for automatic mySql 
backups but can't seem to get the config right. Whatever I enter on the 
config-page, I end up geting "Error: Please enter the path of the needed 
applications in *Site configuration* !*".  All params there are set 
though....

Has anyone got a small howto on setting backup up or can help me get 
past this error?
