integrating filemanager and infolog

I am trying to more closely integrate filemanager and infolog. 

Here would be the hot setup.

1. filesmanager defaults to files/infolog;

2. infolog to name its file folders by category, subs by sub categories;

3. filemanager uses infolog's file description for comments.

Seems simple enough.  Anyone have any ideas?  Anyone one to get paid to do
it?

PS In my filemanger (latest branch) when I open the app I get Error:  Could
not create directory /home/admin (/home/literati/files/home/admin).  I am
sure it's a permission thing.

Also, the dropdown box immediately following "go to:" "move to:" "copy to:",
is not operative.  Thoughts?
