In the meantime, I was going to suggest you make a database backup, drop the database and install 0.9.14.006 into a clean area, then selectively restore your user data tables, contacts, projects, whatever else you were using but if you say you already screwed your database and lost all that then theres no point. When you say 'something corrupted' your app sessions could you be a little more specific about what you were doing to it ? I have been running phpgw now for a couple of years in various versions and havent seen behaviour like that. As for backups failing...what are you using to backup - mysqldump ? That will export the whole database not just one table, and leave you with a nice text file that you can edit and remove things from leaving you with a nice clean set of user data that can be reloaded over a freshly installed system, making sure of course that you are using the same versions of the table structures.
