docs.phpgroupware.org is back

Hi all,

We now have docs.phpgroupware.org running with our wiki.

This is stage 1 of the docs site rebuild.

I plan to have docs.phpgroupware.org running as a seperate sitemgr site
(yes sitemgr now supports multiple sites), with the wiki content living
at docs.phpgroupware.org/wiki.  At the moment docs.phpgroupware.org and
docs.phpgroupware.org/wiki work the same, but please remember this will
change.  Please link to / bookmark wiki docs at docs.phpgroupware.org/wiki

Thanks again for being patient, soon our sites will be back better than
ever :)
