Thanks Brian, but when I click on "the little blue box" to see what the Default Group can do with other people records of the calendar app, I see they don´t have any kind of access selected to no other people records and thats not what I see if I go to my calendar app and I display the default group calendar, it apears the records added by any people of the group. Is this a bug or is the usual behaviour? If you mean the solution is not to assign the calendar app to the default group, this is not what I like. Users are assigned to the default group when they log in first time, and they must have access to the calendar app, so this is the way to proceed. If you mean anything else like editing the ACL associated to the calendar app in the group administration, please tell me how I should do this. When I click on the ACL it shows me that no user has permission to enything associated to this group. Calendar error

Thanks a lot Guillaume. IÂve been trying to make some translations with the application installed but I canÂt make them visible in my phpgroupware applications. I perform the operations step by step: first I select the source language (english) and the target one (spanish), then I translate the phrase (from the application IÂm tring to update, for example calendar), and then I write the target file (and I check the file and I can see the changes reflected). Finally I click the "update database" button. When I go to the application with spanich as my default language, I canÂt see my tranlation reflected. Whay am I missing? I have a doubt anout the trnaslation page, what the "application" combo is for? It give the options "calendar, login, preferences, common and admin" to select. I must select any special app, depending on the phrase? Application stands for the application you are currently translating. I believe you should always leave this as it is, as it must be based on the english file, which is good normally. You should see the translations, unless the code has no lang() call to use your translation. If it happens on certain phrases, that's certainly the problem. If it happens will all, then the problem is in dev_tools ... Did you try to update your phrases with setup ?

Thanks Guillaume. It seems this was the solution. I mean, after doing the translations step by step with the application, there is a final step you should perform, that is from the setup menu, administering your languages downloading any new phrases of your language for your database. Updating the db from the dev_tools page should work, maybe there's a bug somewhere ... Well, not so practical but if it works this way, cool :)
