calendar group issue

When one chooses a group for a calendar event, it will choose all
members of that group and place the event on the calendar of each member
at that time. However, if a new user is added to that group, they do not
have any events created prior to the user joining the group. There
should be some macro that will fill in all events, etc for any new group
member.
