[ANN] Ruby YADIS Library 0.1.1

A Ruby implementation of YADIS for relying parties is now available:

Eugene Eric Kim (Blue Oxen Associates) and I co-developed the library at
the Recent Changes Camp last weekend.  Enjoy!

Also, for those concerned about using XPATH to parse the XRDS and using
only the last XRD element, you may have a look at lib/yadis/xrds.rb.
The implementation is in-spec and quite simple. :)
