web.ming.general

Subject: Re: ming simply doesnt work...

To compile the ming 0.3a find and rename the ming.h 0.2a that PHP installed.

whereis ming.h

You will get a lot of messages from bison/flex but if you get errors then check
the bison/flex version and try upgrading.

well, to be honest, i was following install instructions, but obviously not
right ones. after downloading php_ming.so.tar.gz from www.opaque.net/ming (the
last place where you would look for it) and loading it into php as module,
everything worked perfectly!

it could work a little earlier, but i had problems compiling php_ming.so... all
i get is a looot of strange warnings (about 10 pages of warnings in linux
console) and after all - error :/ ... if someone have precompiled ming 0.3a and
necessary libraries i would appericate if he sends it to me...

and sorry for my bad english :))
