Re: "alert" pop-up window in ming?

There is no such thing in Flash.
But you can use a JavaScript alert from Flash if you do something like:

    getUrl("javascript:alert('your message');

otherwise you have to create a movieclip with a high numbered "depth" (to
make it show on top)
and display it when you want your popup to appear.
