Does SSI work with Mason?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to use the Apache::UploadMeter module and can't seem to get
the SSI for the form to work:

(in /form.mhtml)

<!--#uploadform-->
  <INPUT TYPE="FILE" NAME="theFile"/>
  <INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT"/>
  </FORM>


I'm assuming that Mason doesn't handle SSI's?  Is that correct?  Has
anyone else run into this?
