regarding 1.3.0

Dear users,

1.3.0 is the first release that should build and run fine on all
platforms:

- linux
- *BSD
- MacOS X
- Solaris, IRIX, ...
- Windows via Cygwin

I'm currently trying the get everything managed to include lighttpd into
the normal cygwin distribution.

If possible test 1.3.0 on your favourite plattforms and report every
single glitch you find.
