The warning is a problem and the interessting part of the output is the
section above the warning. :) liblightcomp.dll show have been created
before everything else. (It is the first compile lib, you should see it
in the output). If that fails for some reason or liblightcomp only
creates a static library the rest will fail too.

As already sayd: you are missing pcre and pcre-devel packages.
