Currently i18n is implemented on the trunk, so it will/should be in the
upcoming version (1.3). I have already i18n'ned the core JS code and the
core templates, so the translation could start already, although I have
to a) write a document about how to initialize other bits of code (for
non-core bits, usually maintained by other people) and b) how to use
tools (and where to get them!) to build the kupu.pox file (although I
mentioned that on the list already) and from that build .pot files and
merge them into or copy them to .po files.
I hope to have some time to write docs and a mail to the list this
weekend, so please keep an eye on this list.
