Yes, it should probably remove the tool when it is uninstalled. The reason 
it doesn't is that (before I added the customisation script) uninstalling 
would lose all of your configuration when the tool was deleted, so it 
leaves the tool in case you didn't really mean to uninstall.

If you want to get rid of Kupu completely then just delete the tool from 
the ZMI. Otherwise ignore it until you reinstall Kupu.
