It looks like the error is that cpscript doesn't appear to be a callable 
object. I'm afraid that I can't see how this happened. It looks as though 
you have something in the current context called 'kupu-customisation-
policy' but it isn't a script.

I guess the first thing to do would be to try renaming the script and then 
reinstalling kupu, then check the script runs alright when invoked 
manually. This might shed some light on what is happening. e.g. if you 
still get the error when you reinstall after renaming the script then there 
is something else of the same name.
