re: re-install leads to errors

Hello,

I installed kupu-1.2rc2 OK but then wanted to customise the stylesheet
selection using the kupu-customisation-policy.py script.

On removing kupu from the Products and then re-installing I get the
error shown at the end of this message.

My question is therefore this:
What is causing this error? Is it possible to clean up properley on an
uninstall so that this error is avoided?
