Summary: double attributes produce not wellformed xml

Initial Comment:
If I tidy the following snippet using -asxml, I get not
wellformed XML, because there are still two attributes
'aaa' in the output.

<html>
<body aaa='x' bbb='y' aaa='z'>
empty
</body>
</html>

There is not even an error displayed and for as flag
'-asxml' I would expect to get wellformed XML in any case.
