Summary: GUI versions of Tidy

Initial Comment:
I have been using Tidy UI 1 for a few years and like it
a lot but would like to upgrade to a newer version if
there is one. I cannot work out from the
Sourceforgenet Tidy Homepage if there are newer versions.

(I have tried tswebeditor a couple of times, most
recently in the last hour after downloading the latest
version. This has never run for me. I can't remember
what the problems were before, but this time when I
tried to use it, to Tidy a webpage generated by MSWord,
I got the message:

Access violation at address 6874FCA3 in module
'libtidy.dll'. Read of address 00000000.

If there are newer "off the shelf" versions of the GUI
(I am not a programmer!), please could someone post the
url to the page I need to look at or for the file I
should download?

I would be most gratefu.

Best wishes,
Liz

This is the problem with a volunteer organization - people will only
update software when they are inclined to do so.

I probably should ask Charlie to make available the source code for
TidyUI, so at least someone could update the code and release new
builds.

As well as the other products mentioned, there are commercial
products, such as TopStyle. There is no guarantee they are any better
or newer, just because money is charged for these products.
