Summary: ignoring specific namespaces tags

Initial Comment:
i would like tidy to supply the option to ignore
specific namespaces tags - this will be good in case
tidy can't handle some namespaces tags, and we want to
be able to still run it and get a well formed xml as
output.
when , if at all, will tidy have this feature?
