The command line version does not have this problem, right? So there is
a difference in how the PHP Wrapper and the command line application use
the library, right? That either means that the different behavior of the
PHP Wrapper is by design in which case your expectations are wrong and
this is indeed not a bug, or it is a bug in the PHP Wrapper. You would
need to tell us in which way Tidy misbehaves here, ideally with minimal
C code that reproduces the problem without relying on the PHP Wrapper.
Again, the command line version does not have this problem, so why do
you think this is a bug in the library?
