PHP & tidy

Hello,

I'm a bit confused about the PHP tidy wrapper.
I've submited a bug I've discovered to both tidy and php bug system:
http://bugs.php.net/28880
http://tidy.sf.net/bug/976839

But both said "its not our problem" :)

I really think this is a tidy bug, because I've already read the php code 
many times, and I really can't find a bug...

Can somebody please take a look into this problem?
