authentication failing

I'm developing a flickr application, and I'm currently facing an authorization problem: the application works properly when I set it up on my local machine, but fails with the following error: 
96: Invalid signature

when calling the getToken method. I'm using the web-based authentication, so the ONLY thing changed from my local machine and the server deployment is the endpoint address.

What am I missing here?
