Index was outside the bounds of the array

I had a relatively simple VB.NET application that searched through 
my photos and got the tags for each photo.

The program worked fine.  But now, without changing ANY code 
whatsoever, I get the error of:

"Index was outside the bounds of the array"

whenever I try to run "TestLogin()" or "AuthGetFrob()" prodecures.

I tried downloading the newest Flickr API, thinking they made 
changes and an older version isn't pointing to the right place 
anymore, but that didn't help.  I would think that this would be 
affecting alot of people because one day it worked and the next it 
didn't.  But I can't seem to find any information about this problem 
at all.

If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.  So far, the 
Flickr API has been alot of pain, but I'm sure it's probably my own 
misunderstanding of it all.
