Bug in JSON reponse when passing nojsoncallback

Hi,

    I believe there is a bug in the JSON API response.

 

    I am passing the parameter nojsoncallback=1, to avoid getting the response as a function call. This is fine when the response status is 'ok', but on a failure, the response is still passed as a function call. For example:

 

    http://api.flickr.com/services/rest/?method=flickr.photos.getSizes&api_key=f11432d99cdf97246d9fe401e524831e&format=json&nojsoncallback=1&photo_id=274497274

 

    This is a request to get the sizes available for a private photo. It returns a fail response, inside a jsonFlickrApi() function call.
