Re: guaranteed utf-8?

Hello Adriaan!
Can you please describe or post the code of the work-around you've
written?

I've encountered invalid UTF characters in response to queries
regarding this photo, http://flickr.com/photo.gne?id=63928617, and in
particular this user http://flickr.com/photos/31817379@N00. The last
character in his/her name seems to drive the parser crazy.
