An invalid character in response

Hello.
When I'm requesting the photo info of photo #63928617, I'm getting an
invalid xml response:

Trying to view it in Internet Explorer points out this line:
<note id="2198717" author="31817379@N00" authorname="&#2401;¸.?¨`
º»±&#9679;°&#9702;»&#9679;&#375;&#942;&#511;&#510;&#511;M]&#9679;«

And trying to parse it in Java gives out 
Invalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence.
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Invalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence.

What am I doing wrong?
