Subject: API request: Bulk-validating Photo IDs

Hey all,

FlickrExport for Aperture supports replacing photos on Flickr, by
virtue of being able to store the Flickr ID from a previous upload
and use that to replace. One of the issues is that there's not a
quick way to validate that all the photo IDs I'm planning to replace
still exist on Flickr. The user may have deleted the photo from the
site and Aperture has stale information.

I could repeatedly call flickr.photos.getInfo, but that's (a) one
call per photo and (b) returns much more data than I need to
retrieve. Would it be possible to add a lightweight bulk call that
will take a list of photo IDs and return a structure like:

<photos>
<photo id="123456789" exists="1" />
<photo id="987654321" exists="0" />
</photos>

Thanks,
Fraser
