if you're searching for a specific user's photos,
then you can authenticate as them (using either
the soon-to-be auth api, or the email/password
params) and call flickr.test.login to get their
user id (or whatever we rename that method to).

since we have the flickr.urls.* methods which
turn an NSID into a url, we might also want
methods to turn a url into an NSID.
- flickr.urls.lookupUser
- flickr.urls.lookupGroup

NSID lookup by email address or username might
also be useful.
- flickr.people.findByEmail
- flickr.people.findByUsername
