FastCGI and VirtualHost

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the place to ask this question, but I couldn't 
find another place to pose it. I am currently running FastCGI on Apache. 
I have 4 virtual hosts setup so that 3 other developers can develop 
their apps and then test on their own host. I have run into the problem 
that FastCGI runs at Apache initialization and I cannot configure a 
FastCGI server on a virtual host basis. Is there a way to configure 
FastCGI servers on a Virtual Host basis? Each host must provide the 
FastCGI server with some initial environment variables so that package 
resolution is done correctly (i.e. they get the perl modules they are 
working on). Thanks!
