Neil just updated the parser so that it outputs more objects in a way that the ApiRef can see them, so items like "dojo.a11y" and "dojo.json" show up in the tree properly now. Yay!
Also, summaries inside dojo.widget.defineWidget() calls are getting picked up (see AccordionContainer for an example).
