An XML overview of the API

I put up an XML dump of the API at http://10is2.com/api.xml

I also updated widget/DomWidget.js to be fully parsable. Note, this  
file obeys all rules outlined in http://dojo.jot.com/WikiHome/Code%

Please give feedback on items which obey the rules outlined on the  
wiki page that are not showing up properly in that file.
