Subject: Re: component-related problems

I know there is a strong dislike by some of forums but it's one of the things that mailing lists just don't do well.

If you had a dojo support forum, it could be broken up and compartmentalized in a much more logical manor.

Much like you have below.

If the mailing lists are broken up into widget based support lists, it would be an email list nightmare (IMHO).

Dojo has lots of weakly-connected components.

A person, like me, can't answer all of them, I have no idea about important,
but yet unknown Tooltip/Checkboxing/Button stuff.

Currently, I filter my mail using 'TreeV3' and 'tree' keywords in messages...
But can there be a better way?

E.g make lists
dojo-tree for tree support
dojo-combobox for combobox
...

I mean split lists basing on components.

We also can make higher-level lists like /dojo-widgets/ for common widget
questions and /dojo-interest/ for "other" questions.

So a developer can submit to (as for me) dojo-interest, dojo-tree,
dojo-widgets and be able to spend more time answering than browsing mail.
