component-related problems: msg#00432web.dojo.devel
Dojo has lots of weakly-connected components. A person, like me, can't answer all of them, I have no idea about important, but yet unknown Tooltip/Checkboxing/Button stuff. Currently, I filter my mail using 'TreeV3' and 'tree' keywords in messages... But can there be a better way? E.g make lists dojo-tree for tree support dojo-combobox for combobox ... I mean split lists basing on components. We also can make higher-level lists like /dojo-widgets/ for common widget questions and /dojo-interest/ for "other" questions. So a developer can submit to (as for me) dojo-interest, dojo-tree, dojo-widgets and be able to spend more time answering than browsing mail. |
