Re: release 0.4.1 bug triage

Well, I want the book to be top priority for 0.5, so I think we can get
it done.  Unfortunately with an open source project you can't really
force people to work on anything, but I'm sure we can get people to work
on it.  Maybe you are more pessimistic than I am because you have higher
expectations for the book?  For example I wasn't expecting a page for
every widget.

If it makes you feel any better I actually wanted to finish the book
before starting the API doc, but things didn't work out that way.

Once people finish their bugs and api doc for 0.4.1 I want them to work
on the book, but if they start working on the book before that then the
0.4.1 release will surely be delayed.  A similar thing happened with the
0.4.0 release; people spent lots of time working on API docs and then a
lot of bugs didn't get fixed, thus necessitating a 0.4.0 release.
