release 0.4.1 bug triage

FYI, I'm going through and triaging the bugs for 0.4.1, including all
the new bugs.  It'll take a couple of days though.

The main items I see for 0.4.1 are
  1) finish API docs
  2) showstopper bugs
  3) IE7 support
  4) fixes to tests, or trivial fixes to code (including patches)

Actually, we should all work on the API docs first, to get it out of the
way.

If there are any bugs that you were planning to fix for 0.4.1 that I
move to 0.5, feel free to move them back (assuming they are assigned to
you).  But keep in mind that we won't have much time, and also that the
users are bound to find new bugs.
