Re: label for checkbox

this is an updated patch, which includes modification to the test file as well

I also modified the check.gif to get rid of the extra space between
them (not included here)

In addition, this patch fixes this problem #1584 by using img tag
instead of span

(tested in IE 6/FF 1.5/OP 9. In Op9, there is one issue, which exists
in svn and nothing to do with this patch, so that's for another time)
