Hide request server IP

Dear Daniel Stenberg,

I was posting data on a site by PHP + CURL but the problem is that target 
site blocked my server IP. Is there a way in CURL to fool the target server 
or to hide request server IP ?
I got this message

"You are not authorized to view this page
The Web server you are attempting to reach has a list of IP addresses that 
are not allowed to access the Web site, and the IP address of your browsing 
computer is on this list. "
