Ok this is more accurate   stright from phpinfo

Windows: libcurl/7.11.2 OpenSSL/0.9.7c zlib/1.1.4 
linux: libcurl/7.12.0 OpenSSL/0.9.6b zlib/1.1.4 

Could it be the 7.12 fixes a bug that causes this ?
If so where could i get that DLL for php 5.0.3 ?

I also checked on win2k and doesnt work.
